The DBA VHD+ is a top model characterized by a sober design with an "open bridge" construction that provides good ergonomics, an unusually flexible format and low weight. Very good image quality is obtained thanks to fluorite-containing ED glass.
The binoculars are also equipped with "field flattener" technology, i.e. the lens system is designed in such a way that the image becomes distortion-free. This means straight drawing outer edges in the image, without bends. The lockable diopter adjustment is integrated with the focus wheel. The rubber reinforcement is of a soft, grippable structure and the binoculars are of course filled with nitrogen gas for full tightness down to a depth of five meters. The binoculars have a long eye distance, good for glasses wearers. Supplied with soft case with separate strap, eyepiece cover in plastic with flexi-bend, lens cap in field design in rubber and a soft neoprene strap.
