The tube is made of aluminum alloy, is filled with nitrogen gas and thus completely waterproof and covered with a comprehensive rubber reinforcement. The focuser is large and easy to work with and sits perfectly positioned where it is natural to rest the left hand. The lens hood is extendable and rubber-coated, with sight markings, too. Delivered complete with mounted eyepiece and simpler emergency case. The mechanics and construction of the zoom eyepiece can't measure up to the expensive brands but does the job well. The eye cup is of the conventional type in foldable rubber to offer even glasses wearers a full field of vision. Comes with a simple emergency bag in padded nylon with shoulder strap. The bag has a two-way zipper in both the opening for the objective and the eyepiece.
